1) Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is completely unused.
• It is in its original condition, exactly as received.
• All accessories are included: box, dust bag, tags, and any documentation.
• No signs of wear, scratches, creases, or odors are present.

Any visible sign of use — even minimal — will void the return request entirely.

2) Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days under the same conditions as returns. 

Customers may choose another item and pay or receive the price difference if applicable.
